"We had a great stay over Christmas then again after new year. It was a bit strange being away from home at this time but the hostel staff made a big effort to make it fun with a lovely party. The common areas are great with loads of space and equipment to cook and relax. It’s very close to the bus stop and local restaurants. They kept our bags for us while we walked the Abel Tasman track. The hostel has a great vibe and we will be returning when we finish our trip around the South Island. "
