"Beautiful property with lots of amenities. Hot tub on roof is a great plus. Close to gondola. I’ve stayed in ski season and now in Summer. The best of both seasons with this great hotel."

Valet did leave my car unlocked and the windows down in the parking lot, which I pointed out and was corrected. Overall we love the peaks and will be back"

"The hotel is perfectly situated next to the gondola and the staff are super helpful. Hotel room was huge and clean. They service the rooms daily and everything is in walking distance, but not right where the hustle and bustle is.The parking is a little funky, but if you buy parking, you can park underground, in the garage. We had an F150, so it was tight, but doable. Fabulous place to stay. We were there is Spring, but I can only imagine it's even better in the winter. There is a restaurant on...

"They did have mini refrigerator and fans in room. Beds were great, and had washer and dryer to use also. Hot tubs and grills were great."

"The hotel was a small but lovely place. We had a room with a full size bed, we thought we were getting a queen, and a shared bathroom, that we were told was very nice bathroom. The shower was like a camoer shower, the way it was explained we wete under assumption it was a spa like bathroom. I understand most Colorado does not have Air conditioning, it was 85 degrees in the hotel at 8PM. Large steep flight of stairs to walk to the rooms wasn't pleasant for a handicapped person. "This property's management is obviously more concerned about making a buck that providing any sort of customer service. Due to a wildfire in the area, I called the day of our check-in to request a cancellation or rebook to a different date. The highway leading into Ouray was closed and law enforcement was urging people to stay away. I was told that as I booked through Expedia it was impossible to change the reservation and that they had a clear policy of no refund less than 14 days out. I...

"This was a last-minute booking, but our favorite of a 2-week trip. The hot tub and fireplace were relaxing. The in-room microwave and fridge were a bonus. The beds were better than mine at home. The toiletries were so nice that I ordered them for my home. It was also within walking distance to town so we walked to dinner and then to grab coffee this morning."
