"We really enjoyed our stay at The Peaks! The staff were very welcoming and our room was very well appointed. There are fabulous views from every corner of the property and many areas to sit and enjoy the beauty. We are at the restaurant, Altezza, more th a once and enjoyed everything we tried. "Felt like a 5 star Hotel. Verify Clean and friendly staff. Lots of extras. Walking distance to town as parking in town is packed. They have underground parking but small spaces. My GMC SUV was too big. They also have a few outside for additional cost. But it was worth it. A little pricey but it's Telluride. Highly Recommended."

"This property is older than some, but very well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and the fact that it is right by the river is an added bonus. The sitting area outside by the river with the hot tub is peaceful and relaxing. The hairdryer in my room did not work, and there was no soap in the shower. Also, the TV was very confusing to operate. In spite of these things I loved staying there and would again."

We like that it is not on the main street and parking onsite. It is above a restaurant but the low volume of noise was doable and the band on the last night was great!
