The parking situation and how to actually check-in was a little rough, since there are few parking spots, all are very small, and the check-in desk is in a different hotel. Once that got sorted, it was very smooth. The attendant showed us where we can park outside, which was way more spacious. The worst I can say about the room is that one particular floorboard creaked loudly when touched (I feel sorry for anyone who was in the floor below me). All in all, it was a great experience. Well worth the money and I would recommend anyone to stay here. Very close access to the hiking trail we came to see, very quiet room, and all around great room.

We had booked this months ago, not last minute, got put on a low floor facing a parking lot with service trucks showing up at 7 am every morning including Sunday! I could understand this accommodation for a late reservation but this was awful! And there was a portable a/c unit in living room but not the bedroom. There are so many options in Telluride, won’t be back to this place.

Very comfortable room with pullout couch in living room. Everything in Telluride is so overpriced now, but Ice House is best choice for quality stay.

We stayed in Unit one zero three , so this review is specific to that unit. The location of The Ice House condos is excellent—everything is walkable within just a few minutes, which made getting around very convenient. However, the unit itself could really use an update. The furniture feels dated, many of the wall art pieces appear to be from the 1980s or 1990s, and the balcony chairs are inexpensive plastic ones you might find at a dollar store. Unfortunately, there was also no table on the balcony, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the space—nowhere to even set down a drink. Also worth noting: there is no view from the balcony—just a view of trash bins and the backs of neighboring units. On a positive note, housekeeping was excellent. The unit was very clean and quiet. The bathrooms and kitchen were in good shape, with everything working as expected. I would consider Ice House again for a stay but would want a different unit.

Located conveniently in downtown Telluride, near the river and gondola. Lovely, spacious bedroom room with attached kitchen and family room. Furnishings were high quality. Two, separate bathrooms. Laundry facilities and small pool.
