"It was a convenient location with a decent room, however there should be a more detailed description for the overall building since it is more of a hostel environment than apartments. Also I think I should be able to have the tv and the fan on without the entire electrical circuit blowing, that’s all."

"I don’t think excellent is a strong enough word to describe what I experienced. I stayed here before so now the staff knows me. What hotel are you going to go to where the staff thinks outside the box and does something incredible. When I went into the bathroom, housekeeping left a bar of soap that smelled outstanding and a loofah sponge. Where are you going to go where the staff anticipates your needs and executes it superbly. I have stayed at some so called excellent, wonderful blah blah...

"This is one of the more confusing hotels. Taking the elevator in the lobby to the second floor means you take the elevator down not up because the lobby is technically the 4th floor. Staff was great, hotel room is not very convenient. Shocked at how small the bathroom was. And balcony had a view of the Charles river but it was blocked by an outdoor tent so sitting on the balcony was useless. Not a great stay "

"Stay here usually when I'm in town which is ever couple months. Fantastic option for weekend trips or anytime. Recently renovated. Have another trip booked already in 2 weeks will be stay again. "

"The quiet hours were not honored, even though there were billboards advertising it everywhere in the hotel. The weekend of our stay there were many families/teams staying there for a local hockey tournament. They made noise well into the night. They completely took over the lobby and restaurant area socializing well past quiet hours. There were times where kids were seen running up and down the hallways unattended by adults. "This place is everything that the ratings say it is. Easy free parking. Easy in. Easy out. Nice, clean, reasonably large suites. Close to everything I needed to get to. I guarantee that I will be returning on my next trip to Boston."
