"Four years ago we stayed here for the first time when we moved our granddaughter into college. We continued to stay here every time we visited her at Lasell University. This trip was to celebrate her graduation, it was bittersweet because we knew we wouldn’t need to return. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made every visit a wonderful experience."

"What a wonderful home away from home! The rooms were very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 4. We had a lot of luggage and didn’t feel like we were tripping over them. We were attending two big family events, and the space allowed us all to get ready hassle free. The front desk staff on Wednesday evening and Thursday 5/20-5/21 was the best! "The men’s room soap dispenser, towel dispenser, and water sink faucet didn’t work right."

"Service was great- rooms were clean sand the pool. I just didn’t sleep well due to the AC going on/off all night and my room was next to the elevator. There seemed to be no other rooms available when I asked (I even offered to downgrade rooms)."

"Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Wasn’t a fan of the Bistro. Purchased a Buffalo chicken sandwich, didn’t taste Buffalo, to much blue cheese, and the chicken patty tasted not fully Cooked. I also waited 2 hours to get food, cook was running an hour late and the oven wasn’t working, only the fryer. Great stay but don’t purchase the food."

"The staff was fine, check-in was fine. No room cleaning unless you asked for it. Trash stayed in the hall until the day shift. The room clean. The breakfast was standard Fairfield Inn turkey sausage, eggs, nondescript pastries from the local grocery store. The shower was great. Sadly the wrong size door had been installed and the door seal was loose. My wife, 38 year old son and I were in Walpole for a funeral. "They are supposed to be crediting me back 1/2 of my last night. Stayed for 4 days and they never once cleaned my room even after I complained multiple times. We have stayed there countless times over the last 3 years but they have completely changed and it is terrible. "

"Room refrigerator cycled on-off with loud buzzing during "on" cycle. Old container full of food found in microwave. Tub faucet missing hardware, tub drained clogged so that there was about 6 inches of water in tub during shower. There was dirt in the corners that had been there for years. In general the property looked old, worn with no concern for aesthetics, deep cleaning or maintenance."
