"The hotel staff were helpful and the hotel was clean and quiet. Our only complaint was the terrible Internet. If you want higher speed, you have to pay for it. So if you're counting on "free Internet" for work, just know that you'll probably have to pay to get any work done. People mentioned the breakfast isn't much, and it's not but we were okay with that since we had a kitchen in the room."

"Loved this hotel. We traveled with our two teenagers. The staff was amazing. The hotel was clean. They had a washer and dryer that you can use your credit card to run. The location was great. We were able to walk across the street to get on the transit to get to historical Boston and Fenway park. We stayed in six hotels on this road trip. This one was our favorite. The breakfast was not great but I would not let that deter you. It is right next to Trader Joe’s if you need food. "

"Exceptional Service at Reception by Keith Kitson, the Guest Relations Manager. We arrived at the hotel at 10 PM only to realize our reservation had been made for the wrong date. What could have been a stressful fiasco quickly turned into a positive experience thanks to his exceptional service. "We were there literally ten hours, but it was a great place to stay. Our train was stuck on the track for hours, so we missed out on our evening in Boston before a dr appt. We will be coming back to Boston, and will definitely stay here again. It is clean and comfortable, and access to transportation is great. It is a great place to stay and a great value too."
