"Best room we've had in my entire 11 nights tour in Italy where we stayed in 5 other hotels before arriving at Sant' Anna hotel. Size of room was big (relative to the other rooms elsewhere), and the room deco had a "wow" effect when we opened the door. Best of all, lots of table space to place luggage, lots of clothes hangers and functional amenities. "A really beautiful place to stay, right opposite the Vatican wall. Nicoletta and Alessandro are such kind and welcoming hosts. I was so, so grateful for the kindness shown in arranging to check me in half an hour late when my flight was late landing. With no wifi on train journey from the airport to contact them I was starting to panic, but I didn't need to worry.
