Jerry, Itzel, Sonia and Manuel the bartender were fantastic and gracious hosts as we got a full tour of most of the rooms (some were occupied and couldn't be viewed). They are undergoing a remodel right now but it didnt bother us as there is plenty to do and see during the day in the Romantic Zone and even in downtown Puerto Vallarta. "Staff was exceptional and the hotel has such charm - absolutely gorgeous. The pool area was so relaxing and lush. Our room was on the main floor and not as nice as some of the other rooms in the photos but we were only there for one night. We would totally stay there again and upgrade to another suite. "This was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. Maybe a shade of some sort over the pool can help with that problem, but it didn't make our vacation any less wonderful! The hotel's main pool was nice and cool so we found ourselves there often. PV tiene un clima excelente para la vegetación y le agregaria un plus a la vista de la terraza tener las plantas bonitas. Si no mejor quitar las que estan feas y secas.
