"A very nicely decorated old house in a convenient location. Quite easy to find parking spaces nearby and there are many dining options around. There are basically everything you need inside the house, and the owner is ready to help if you need anything. The only issues is that the stairs inside the house are quite steep (which is a common feature in old houses in Tainan) so be careful if you are staying with young children and elderly. "This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I would say it is excellent. The location is very convenient, with Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, the largest shopping mall in Tainan, right next door. The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices. I especially loved the authentic local dishes. Another highlight is the housekeeping staff, they are hardworking and very helpful whenever I need assistance. As for areas that could be improved, the elevators can be quite busy during peak hours. It takes around 8–10 minutes to travel from my room on the 11th floor to the ground floor. Additionally, some staff members could be more attentive to customer needs. For example, when I paid for laundry services and requested an invoice, I was given one with an incorrect amount."
