We really enjoyed this property. Breakfast buffets were excellent and staff were very helpful, especially Anna on the 14th floor and Jason out front! These two were amazing and their English language skills were especially appreciated!

grand hotel at convenient location

The hotel is conveniently located in the central district of the city, next to a department store, which contains various food vendors in the basement. The hotel is clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Silks Place Tainan achieve 5-star on an international scale, the staff always try to fulfill customers' requests. The only thing that should be improved is “toiletries” (i.e.) shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The quality is way below the standard of 5-star hotel.
