"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our visit. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we appreciated how attentive the staff were in regularly checking if we needed housekeeping services. One of the best features was the hotel’s direct connection to the mall, which made shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again....

"This was an amazing hotel with amazing staff! It was an easy check in and staff's customer service sets the bar high! They're very attentive when you need something. For example, whenever I'd ask for water refill, they will have a staff bring it in as soon as I get to my room. Security deposit is 3000 php which isn't too bad, but just to keep in mind when you want to spend there :P The breakfast is around 500 php per day, but luckily we wanted to try the street/authentic foods outside! The joy...

"Vault /safe should be in safe place not nearby the door and it should be imstalled not movable that safe to put important document or valuable. The water supply in each floor is not supplied well The pillow is not comfortable to use and have a good rest and sleep. Overall.i will not book this hotel in the future"

"Great view. Professional courteous staff. They kept the hotel clean. Completely bug free. AC was fine. Shower was okay. The hotel itself is not only dated but also flimsy. Evidence of water damage and swelling on doors even on a top floor. Windows did not open. End tables so tiny you might as well not have them. The walk desk looked chewed--really doesn't matter. Clean: yes. Quiet, ergonomic and business friendly: no."
