The staff are super friendly, great with
kids and the breakfast and dinner in their restaurant is fantastic!
Rooms are at great Hilton standard and the area around the hotel is so so quiet and calm where you get to walk around to enjoy.
Overall, recommend this hotel every time if you are going to be around that area for any holiday."

kids to have their own beds. Really clean and well provisioned. The bed was gigantic. A little hard (for us), but hundreds of cushions and we were very comfy in our room. We'd be very happy to stay again."

"I love this hotel - stayed a few times for work meetings, central location but with stunning views over the beautiful golf course. Always have a swim & a steam in the spa area - perfect. Love the bar area with the outside access to sit outside to enjoy the beautiful views. Great food choice being served in the bar as well as the main restaurant."

"This hotel is always my first choice when staying in Birmingham as it is away from the city centre and has plenty of places to eat nearby
The staff are always so friendly and polite
I had excellent customer service at my recent check-in, there was a queue at reception and as a regular at the hotel, the guy on reception who knows me from previous stays had already checked me in, he called me forward whilst checking someone else in and gave me my keycard! Excellent customer service"
