"Absolutely do not stay here. We checked in and right away were told the room we booked wasn’t available so we got a king and a pull out sofa. Fine, whatever. Except that pull out sofa has never been cleaned in its 20+ years of existence. The white bed sheets were brown. I didn’t care to lift up the mattress to check for bed bugs but high probability. Immediately went downstairs, got a refund and left. 0/10. Will never be back."

"My family and I checked in around 6pm and left around 8:45pm. There were stains on the covers, carpet, and chairs; furniture was not cleaned (I.e., the eating table); a chair was broken; and there were a swarm of ants after dropping a fry on the carpet. We thought we could stay until check out the next day, but decided to leave. The staff were friendly and accommodating. "

The blow dryer wasn’t working in the room: Wasn’t offered another room the maintenance person came to the room an repaired the blow dryer in the room while we were in the room for almost an hour which made me feel very uncomfortable.Then the lights went out from about 3am to 7am!!!! "AC didn't work in room and I didn't get moved into a different room because they stated they were sold out. Complimentary breakfast consisted of bagels, muffins and cereal, yet we weren't able to eat because they ran out of bagels and informed us that their truck didn't come in until Thursday. "
