"Overall I’d give this property a 3-4/5. The bedding was very comfortable (probably the best we have had), the water pressure and temperature of the shower was great, and the heating and cooling of the room was also great. It’s also in a very central area for what we went for. They were also very accommodating upon arrival as we had to change our room type. "Parking was terrible, had to park around the building in the back of the hotel. Tons of people sitting outside smoking and drinking on the property. The blow dryer wasn’t working in the room: Wasn’t offered another room the maintenance person came to the room an repaired the blow dryer in the room while we were in the room for almost an hour which made me feel very uncomfortable.Then the lights went out from about 3am to 7am!!!! "Despite being a smoke free hotel we were horror the strong smell of cigarette smoke the second we entered the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the room has a lot of wear and tear and really needs to be renovated. "

"AC didn't work in room and I didn't get moved into a different room because they stated they were sold out. Complimentary breakfast consisted of bagels, muffins and cereal, yet we weren't able to eat because they ran out of bagels and informed us that their truck didn't come in until Thursday. "
