"Room & site beautiful. Spa nice. No adult pool. Indoor pool shower didn't work. Outdoor pool had trash by hot tub that was not picked up over the 4 hours I was there. Kids under 12 were there unsupervised. Only 1 sitdown restaurant available for bfast. No reservations. Wait time 60 min. Long lines ..."

"All of the elevators were out of order at the time of my stay making it very difficult to get suitcases to the third floor. The shower had hair all over the tub right when we got there. The pool wasn’t clean either. The bed and pillows were very comfy though."
