Everything was clean and prepped when I walked in. The confirmation codes were sent well in advance and I never had an issue getting in. I stayed for 2 weeks, so I'd have personally enjoyed extra utensils (spatula) and tupperware type things to get the most out of the kitchen amd cookijg my own meals, but thats my only real complaint. The AC was great, bed was pretty good, pillows were good, the place was quiet and safe. Ill be looking into Sonder when I travel to other cities for sure

Hidden Gem in Midtown

I really loved our stay at The Stat, it was very enjoyable. It’s truly a hidden gem in the middle of Midtown and minutes from downtown Nashville. We were able to walk to many restaurants and Uber to many places only taking a few minutes. Our unit was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Having a full kitchen was nice and the courtyard was great addition. I highly recommend staying here.

Pros: great location. Nice rooms. Very walkable to areas of nashville. Priced well for everything you got. Great kitchen area. Cons: towels weren't clean, makeup marks. Parking is limited so if fully booked you would be unsure if you get one.

Worth every penny !!!

The place was secure and safe. At first its didn’t seem like it but it is safe overall. Not far from downtown Nashville….about 10 mins away. The beds were super comfortable including the sofa bed. I would recommend this place !!!! The kitchen was lovely I was able to cook and prepare coffee.

Sonder Stay Nashville

Very clean, nice (at least unit 2 was). Quick $7 Uber ride to Broadway. Access was easy. Parking is limited out front and it should be clarified in instructions if parking is permitted in neighboring lot. Overall, highly recommend this as an option.

Pros: Very private, very quiet, easy access to building and room. Easy communication with staff and very responsive. Able to change rooms when an issue arose. Cons: Room leaked very bad during rainfall, sink in new unit restroom was loose. Overall good location and always a good time in Nashville. Would stay again and would recommend to family and friends.
