I reserved a King deluxe room for 1 and when I arrived the room that I was assigned was a room adjoining another room and being a female traveling alone I was very uncomfortable with my accommodations, so I returned to the front desk and requested another room. At first I was told that they were booked solid and had nothing else available. I said that I would be willing to be downgraded to a queen room and they were no longer booked solid. So I accepted the new accommodations and when I got to the room, the air conditioner didn't work, only the fan could be adjusted not the temperature. I had been driving since 10am and by this time it was almost 9pm, and I was just too tired to even bother going back down at to the front desk, because I am sure that they were well aware that the air conditioner was not working properly they just hedged their bets that I would do exactly what I did, change and go to sleep because making another trip downstairs and having to move my stuff once again would require more energy than I had to offer. The next morning my suspicions were confirmed when I told the front desk clerk that the air conditioner was not working properly and they just nodded and proceeded to print my receipt and not even bother to apologize
This is the first and last time I will stay at this location, it definitely was worth over $100 for less than a 12 hour stay.
