The lady at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and had a bubbly personality. The room was clean and breakfast was hot. I recommend going and if I ever go back to Nashville, I'm booking this place again

For the price, this stay was better than I expected! The room was like a 1 bedroom apartment, with a living area with TV, fireplace, chair and couch (the couch was not comfortable), small kitchen with microwave and small fridge and a k-cup coffee maker. It looks as if the rooms were updated. The desk staff were polite during check in and check out. The hotel does put a $100 “hold” for incidentals on your card at check in, which is good to know. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we are in the area.

The room we had was clean and very large. Breakfast was great many options to choose from. The front staff was very accommodating with me due to a funeral i needed to get home to so thank you again to them. Would not hesitate to stay again.

My partner & I just finished a relaxing 3 day, 2 night staycation in one of the king suites. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Best Western Brentwood! The complimentary hot breakfast & coffee was really good both mornings. Free WiFi was appreciated; however, since we had a smartTV, thought streaming/screen mirroring would be available but never could get connection. Minor, worldly problem but we still got to watch some good football & older movies. The only true “issue” we noticed was that our SINK water was very very cloudy - didn't matter if it was hot or cold. Same results either way. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay being “local tourists”

The hotel was absolutely amazing, my only complaint was there is No elevator. With my health issues it was very difficult, ice and vending is only on ground floor. And not a enough parking spaces. Otherwise a great hotel.

“Contemporary” shower design means a half glass door and other half open so floor gets soaked. Lighting in the rooms was really bad- industrial - could not get close enough to a mirror with good lighting to do makeup! Could hear every footstep of people above us. Otherwise a nice place, bkfst bar was decent but they should offer more fresh fruit options. Service was excellent.
