"The rooms we're really bad sound proofed. It was nice that the lady front desk gave us a wavie if we gave a good review on Google for the early check in. They were not able to help me keep my lugage when i asked if i could leave it there since i wasn't able to do early check in. Early check in fee was 45 dollars and i felt like i could get a better hotel since early check in fee was almost 75% of the room i booked for. I checked in around 1pm ish and they could only take 3pm check ins earliestwas 2:30pm. They also didn't have a lounge i could stay in for the wait. Even though there was an hour and 45 minutes before i could check in, i can tell that my room was already ready and still couldn't check in without an early check in fee. I'm still thankful for the kind lady in the front desk, the male front desk didn't give good service and his aittuide really hated it."

"The hotel was very nice and a convenient location. The accessible room was perfect for my mom. The only issue we had was upon arrival there were blankets that looked like they were taken off a bed and just put in the closet. Khaled was super accommodating and helped us when we arrived early in the morning. Sophie was also extremely helpful on first shift. "

"Room was very clean and it had such a cute decoration. Staff were all very polite and friendly, giving me and my partner great recommendations of places to visit around the city. We asked if there was any microwave we could use around the hotel and they kindly lent us one to stay in our room. I’d definitely go back another time! "
