I thought it was clean, and nice. Staff was very friendly. The inside was a bit dated. But it was clean and fresh which was good.

The rooms are big and clean but this is an older hotel. Big gap between the bath and the wall and no AC. It was very hot. The shuttle to and from the airport was great. Lots of food and drinks options but more expensive than other Japan hotels we stayed at

We got a nice room with tatami flooring. Our stay was quiet and relaxing. We didn’t pay for any of the services or food as it was on the pricier end but we bought some food from the convenience store located on the first floor and had in our room and that was honestly good enough. There’s a Japanese fast food called Sukiya not far from it as well. There’s also a currency exchange machine on premises.

This is your standard airport hotel -- but it is giant with some good food and actually a good shuttle to Narita Airport. It's probably on me, but I did not know where to find the shuttle when we landed and they only came every 20 minutes. Ours was very crowded as was the hotel. But like almost everything Japanese it was well run and efficient and you barely noticed any inconvenience. It is not at the hotel proper as it did appear to be on the map -- so just know it takes a short shuttle to get there. I'd stay there again if I was using Narita -- but I might consider getting into Tokyo if I landed mid-day.

We had a good stay, the humidifier was jjust not working and it felt like it was burning hot in the room even though the AC was put on high setting. I also wish that excluding their own facilities, there is no other options to choose from.

This was a great hotel to stay at when we arrived late into Tokyo late. There was a shuttle bus there which was a little hard to find, but worked well. The rooms were large and the breakfast was very good. There was very little to do around the hotel. We took the shuttle bus back to the airport and took a train into Tokyo the next day. We were happy not to have to navigate that upon arrival.

The hotel is very close to the airport, hotel has shuttle bus to the airport and City shopping center and train station. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Very clean property. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Hotel has airport shuttle started from 5:00 am and it is very convenient. Ate at the buffet, choices are not huge but it is convenient. In our room, no air conditioners but only a fan.

Too warm in the room the day we checked in a/c under maintenance. No Microwave to heat up food where our roo. Is has to go on 2nd fr and fitness gym and swimming pool need to pay extra..convenient shuttle service from airport and aeon mall....clean and tidy room great staff..

Perfect place to stay the day before you leave Japan. Breakfast and dinner buffets were offered, they’ll store your luggage after check out and they have a free shuttle to the mall and airport! The room was clean and comfortable. And the price was super cheap, only $36 USD!

Aircon centrally set by hotel is too hot. Brought concern to staff, was told to just open room window. Room on 11th floor, and open window? Not very enticing. Had to bear with the heat, or leave the room door ajar because the corridor air is much cooler!

The room was very nice. Comfortable bed and it was quiet. Unfortunately there was no real dining option. A large expensive buffet was the only option and no other hotels or restaurants within walking distance. The best part was a shuttle was available for our early morning flight.

We loved the breakfast buffet as it offers a wide selection of Western and Japanese food. We stayed in 4 hotels and for us, Narita Tobu has the best buffet breakfast. They also offer free shuttle service to the airport.

The air conditioning for all rooms was not working. Upon checking in they didn’t say anything to us. We ended up opening the window even though there was a sign that said not to. We tried calling the front desk but no one answered.

It’s a typical airport hotel but in the middle of nowhere. There is anything around the hotel and no food. After 21:00, if you wanna eat, you are forced to sit in a hall by the reception and order a terrible pizza (16€) or a club sandwich (same price). That’s unacceptable. The room is pretty big and clean and price worths it.
