"Loved the property & location. Only negative is that the rear exit gate was locked and due to a known event we couldn’t exit via the front. When we called the number on the welcome card there was no response and no one at the front office. No guests were able to leave the property by car."

"Amazing views, service and location. The service is impeccable on all 3 properties. The El Dorado Hotel to the Arms and the Manteo condos. We stayed 2 nights at the Arms, and moved to a 1 bedroom at the Manteo. We were very impressed with the spaciousness and amenities provided in the 2 bedroom condos. Parking to the kitchen it was a perfect place for our family for the week. The pools, to the workout room. We needed a emergency wheel chair for my mom and the resort was so accommodating and helpful in every way. All the restaurants El Dorado for breakfast over looking the water and the dock is perfection. Maestros Mediterranean is great for happy hour, and lunch. The water views with all the flowers. We jet skiied from the El Dorado dock and all the crew are kind, helpful and very professional. Thank you for making this family holiday perfect. "

"The pools were so nice, indoor and outdoor. The courtyard green space is so lovely. Slides and swings for children. Lush vegetation and willow trees. BBQ area. Amazing breakfast. This is probably my most favourite hotel and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels! "
