Newly renovated and nice rooms. However, it wasnt until midnight when i had a shower i realized there was no shower curtain or towels (other than hand towels) central location across from the mall and a local pub.

Newly renovated and good value for money

This is a newly renovated hotel under new ownership. The rooms are clean and there are good in-room amenities. Everyone I spoke with were friendly and accommodating. The only downside was spotty wifi. Everything else was great.

We liked the price! It was so amazing. An older motel that was renovated properly. Convenient location right across from the shopping mall, although there were a few sketchy people kicking about the parking lots. Overall, we would stay there again.

Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience during my recent stay at the Coast Penticton Hotel. The property has been beautifully renovated — the rooms are modern, comfortable, and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is perfect, just minutes from the lake and downtown. I also appreciated the convenient parking and relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be staying here again — highly recommended!

The premises seems recently renovated. Most of the room fits the standard of a budget hotel. But some of the area need more attractions, the bathtub has stains which can't be washed off. Due to the lack off lobby space, guests tend to gather in front of the rooms at ground level, which could be noisy. In general, it's reasonable price. The location is in the centre of the town, only minutes drive to each corner of the town, but not walkable distance.

The place is newly renovated but not well cleaned up after the work. But it was clean. Had some trouble getting my $100 room deposit back. I had to call the hotel 6 days later. They claimed it had been returned. This was not the case. Waiting to hear back. Good location and parking layout for a motel.
