"Our first time at the Balcomo. It was nicely decorated, grounds were well maintained, and the pool area was wonderful. It had an a resort type feeling.

"We had a wonderful time here the staff was great. It was right across the street from the beach. They have lots of space to have barbecues which were provided. They even provide beach towels if you forgot them."
"Our visit was really nice. Place was clean, easy check in/check out and parking included. Nice staffs, but was not able to reach anyone at night/ weekend. Walkable from the beach. The place did not mind noise but some neighbours complains when loud. Overall, it was still a nice place and actually planning to book again with them."

"Everything was absolutely wonderful...Except at check in. The girl who checked us in upon our arrival was Extremely rude! She pretty much made us feel like we didn't belong there. She was terrible! We should've let management know right away. All other staff were Excellent! "
