"Very nice motel, liked the room lay out, breakfast was good, friendly staff, clean, good location for shopping and restaurants. Two issues that I did have was the walls must be pretty thin. Could hear people in room next to me talking until 2am. I was on the second floor and when someone would flush the toilets above me you could hear the sound of rushing water go through the pipes and it was loud. "

"Check in was a disaster. Lost my reservation even though I showed them my confirmation email for 2 rooms. The front desk guy could care less about finding my reservation. He put me on the phone with someone who claimed to be looking for my reservation but apparently had to log in to one system after another and just kept saying, “1 second” over and over. "We actually stayed April 11th for a surgery the next day. Checked out early April 12th and when discharged from hospital decided to come back here for sat night, april13th, because we lived 3.5 hrs away and felt like it would be safer to stay close by to the Kenner Hosp I had surgery at. The people were so nice at the hotel, making sure they gave me a first floor room and just beyond the front desk so I wouldn’t have to go far. They were so nice thurs night and that is what made our decision to go back after discharge from hospital. Prob one of the nicest places we have stayed in awhile. Thanks soooo very much"
