He was extremely attentive, professional, and welcoming, and went out of his way to share great tips about Chongqing that made exploring the city much easier and more enjoyable. His service really elevated my experience. Overall, the combination of world class facilities and outstanding hospitality makes this hotel an easy choice. I stayed at a Marriott property, and while the room was smaller than expected for the brand, it was generally clean and functional. Unfortunately, the kettle in the room didn’t work, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay stay nothing exceptional, but decent for a short visit."
