"The room was quite comfortable-it was smallish but very clean and comfortable.. The bathroom was exceptional with a bidet, heated toilet seat a very deep, nice soaking tub-shower combo."

"Communication can be a bit difficult. I had a front desk person who incorrectly explained baggage transfer to me and as a result I had to take a $175 taxi to the airport because I was told I could do my online transfer the day before. Turns out it needs to be TWO days before if you board before 4 pm."

"The staff were very helpful but the poor rating goes for the lack of sound proof conditions, small space, and a very poor location (which is my fault I should have researched the district more). If you’re in your 20s and want to party I guess it’s a good place but the 16 hour live concert and wind piercing into my closet size room was not it. I will say the staff are amazing and helpful, and they can’t help the location, I just wish I did more research."

"Avoid this place if you value fresh air. Tiny rooms with NO air conditioning and windows that DON’T open. It's like sleeping in a small, hot box. Incredibly uncomfortable and not worth the money."

"The hotel was clean but aged, spacious for hotels in Tokyo. Great location as it’s close to metro but not too close to crowded areas. Japanese staffs were polite, friendly and professional as usual. However there are rooms for the rest to improve on. "
