"dirty room, dirty bedsheets, ants everywhere and showerhead gunked with white chalky stains"

"N ice clean room on the larger side. Breakfast was good, fair amount of options. We were in older building, but OK. Noisy as next to busy road. Person checking people in, forgot to tell any of us on how the parking worked, somwe all had to go back to office and fumble some. We have been in better and worse for sure. Paying for parking unusual for most hotels and not well stated and expensive., "

"This is a new property and is clearly well run and cared for. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities promised. Poolside was relaxing. The staff was kind, but they clearly looked down upon 3rd party bookings and made more than one comment. Be aware that parking on premises is not free. Expedia doesn’t publish this on their site. $42/day and street parking will be ticketed. Even on a Sunday!"

"The moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Aulani app was useful for events at the resort, such as times to see characters-Stitch, Moana, etc. It was easy purchasing items with the room key card. The food at the resort is expensive. Luckily across the street (6 minutes walking distance) there’s a store behind the Starbucks that sell cheaper meals, snacks, etc."

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."
