"My family and I stayed in two rooms for 5 nights at the Residence Inn by Marriott Kapolei for our Thanksgiving Family Vacation. The front desk welcomed us but could not accommodate our request for connecting rooms or close to each other. My studio room was on the first floor, and my daughter and her family's one-bedroom suite were on the fourth floor. Both rooms and bathrooms were clean, had a full kitchen, and spacious. BUT my daughter's room had a plate of breakfast food left in the microwave...
