"I booked this hotel specifically because it said it had airport shuttle included. When i arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle, i was told i had to inform them for wanting a shuttle 1week prior to use. I booked this place last minute so i had no chance to book it 1week in advance. I tried to tell them but all they told me is they cannot do airport shuttle for me. Was very sad about that. Also anytime someone upstairs uses the bathroom(toilet and shower), i can full on hear the water...
