Hotel Dekat Namco Funscape

"Fan went off every 20 seconds during the night, wasn’t aircon as that was switched off so not sure what it was but kept me awake all night. Door didn’t lock properly when vacating the room. Tried about ten times. Eventually got it to lock, but when I was inside the room had to put a chair against the door as I was unsure if it was locked from outside as I was a lone female traveller. Normally stay here for work but won’t be staying again. "

"Amazing property, located just 5 mins walk from the Ipswich Railway Station. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, delicious breakfast and an amazing breakfast."

"Room ok.it took a very ling time to run hot waterin the bathroom sink. No evening restraunt limited menu in the bar. Definatelnot as food as when I arayed oreviouslt Ipaid for breakfast on both days But was not able to eat on the Saturday as I had an early start for an appointment in Kent. Reception offered me a sandwich in a box No offer of a refund. "

"was unable to sleep in the bed as the room had a major issue with black mould in the bathroom which had become airborne & affected the the entire room the smell was over powering slept in a chair as the bed was cover with the black mould smell & was unable to breath, suffer with chest infections which the spores got on my chest I had to call 111 & was directed to Ipswich hospital for antibiotics, never even stopped for breakfast on day 2 felt to ill on antibiotics for next 5 days, this all...
