"I reserved a room when all public transportation out of NRT was halted due to treacherous rain. The hotel room and stay were good. However, the hotel shuttle bus never came to pick up area #16, as their website indicated, between 7 and 8:30 when we waited there."

"We had a very smooth check-in and the hotel amenities were very nice, including a visit to the spa, which honestly was one of the most relaxing things Iโve done in a while We did not have the breakfast here, but it did look quite nice when we walked by the restaurant. The shuttle to the airport was a real blessing. It was an easy cab ride to Narita town, where we marvelled at the beauty of the temple and got to sample the grilled eel. What a wonderful stay I would stay here again thank you mystay"

"Free bus shuttle from narita airport terminal 3 . Clean, well maintained property. Easy check in and out. Free breakfast ( plenty of options). Overall nice and relaxed stay before heading to another destination in Japan."

"We travelled as a group of 12 people. We booked 5 rooms and everyone was impressed. Staffs are very helpful. Dinner and breakfast are both tasty. The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is scenic and historic. Naritasan Shinsho-ji is just next to the hotel. Even though there is no private carpark, it's enjoyable to talk the short walk to the public carpark. Thank you for hosting us!!"

"Helpful Staff. Free good breakfast. Walkable to the Aeon Mall Narita & one of the Shrine. Good for exercise walk in the morning. The whirl pool is not working during my stay but still okay. Highly recommended."
