Dear Amina, Thanks for your comments. We have remotes but they are stored at the reception and can thus ask for one.The shower is hot all you need is to turn on the switch for hot water to be available. We hope you shall visit us in future and we shall strive to provide the best experience.

Sorry we had some sheduled maintenance so the noise was regrettable.The location is very busy but our windows are double glazed to reduce noise from outside.We have liased with the kitchen department to improve on breakfast.
