Nice but needs a few things improved.
Nice environment, nice staff courteous and professional and it’s very safe . But getting hot water in the shower is tricky, No T.V remotes in the rooms , no elevators. Towels are old and need to be replaced.

Dear Amina, Thanks for your comments. We have remotes but they are stored at the reception and can thus ask for one.The shower is hot all you need is to turn on the switch for hot water to be available. We hope you shall visit us in future and we shall strive to provide the best experience.

We apologize for the reception staff not asking our porter to assist with the luggage as is the norm with a guest with so many bags we shall look into this and hope to see you in the near future for a more memorable experience

Horrible experience; Poor location and room condit
Do not trust the reception when they say something is included in the price, as they would later ask you to pay for it with a security guard standing right next to you. Situated on a noisy street with major bus stops and courier companies. Closing the windows at night does not help. Very hot in the room as there were no fans Nearly no hot water for shower. No water in the morning and the staff just said OK when being told about it. The furniture is worn and dirty. Lights were flickering from time to time with a bible lying awkwardly in the middle of the table.

Center of downtown Close to shops, A bit hectic, yet nice to see local area. Nice room and a great buffet local food breakfast. Pick up was provided from airport for a small fee and was trust worthy.

Too much noise at the hotel i.e., maintenance in the morning, no sound proof for outside noises, busy location with cars hooting, sounds, people and very minimal breakfast

Sorry we had some sheduled maintenance so the noise was regrettable.The location is very busy but our windows are double glazed to reduce noise from outside.We have liased with the kitchen department to improve on breakfast. Found it very noisy in early hours of the morning
Number of things went wrong like no water in the shower etc Staff were helpful & worked hard to provide an alternative but to no avail. Talked of fault pump that could not be fixed in early hours of the morning. Shower drainage terrible. Drains very slowly. Something must be done!! Its economical for those looking to save but i can't recommend it to my fellow travelers and neither will i return again.

the price is right
this is a decent inexpensive hotel a bit outside the main visitor area. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was fine. My room had two double beds and there wasn't much room for anything else. The main problem was the street is very busy and noisy. Next time I will ask for a non street side room.

Rude reception No tv channels No wifi yet staff had a magical access code for their wifi When u requested tv and wifi the response was quite rude.

Nicht für schwache Nerven die Gegend ist das reinste getto man wird nur belästigt. Das zimmer ist alt das badezimmer eine Katastrophe ab 5 uhr war kein schlaf mehr möglich. Es wird gehupt und gehämmert.

Personnel super, service taxi impeccable, chambre propre et calme malgré le quartier agité dans lequel se trouve l'hôtel. C'était ma 11e fois à Nairobi et une des rares fois où j'ai pu dormir d'une traite. L'hôtel-resto Kipépéo est juste à côté pour une nourriture plus occidentale et de qualité.

Dieses Hotel ist nichts für weiße die River Road zu laut Tag und Nacht , und nicht ungefährlich , in der Nacht nicht zu empfehlen das Hotel zu verlassen.

Das WLAN hat während meines gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht im Zimmer funktioniert, so wie es online bzw. auch an der Rezeption versprochen wird. Personal tut nichts dagegen Badezimmer sehr klein Danke, nie wieder
