I’m sure its not normal protocol as most are probably return customer - but it would be nice to be offered information instead of having to ask everything … "

"This has been the hotel of choice for 3 years in a row. However, on the most recent visit, the hotel seems to have took a turn for the worse. I will start with the lobby- the “leather” on the chairs was peeling & the sofas need a good shampooing. The TV’s in the sitting area were not working (sound, but no picture). The elevators were slow due to children playing on them. The door to our room was difficult to open. A roach was crawling on the TV stand. The check-in staff was very friendly. The checkout staff would not get off her personal cell phone to answer questions that I had. "
