"We arrived at 10:00 p.m. and the gentleman at the front desk was very cheerful and welcoming. Room was clean and breakfast area offered a good assortment, and there was a variety of coffees, and constant refills. Check-out was easy and again, the front desk clerk was very nice."

"Good value, but noisy ac and property next to a nightclub"

"First problem we ran into was that the toilet did not properly flush. Meaning we could only flush the toilet every 30mins maybe more. This room was shared by 3 women by the way that had just got off the road from driving for 4 hrs straight. Then while showering the tub would fill up as if it was stopped up and it was noticed that it was poorly cleaned. Ewwwww, tried calling down noticed the phone was working 😒 so I walked down to report the issues and asked if I could be moved unfortunately...

"It was a good stay. However, when I woke up at 3am to check my phone that’s when I realized that my phone was not charging. No plugs that was around the bed worked. Nor did the lights around the bed work. I called guest services and the lady was nice about it but only offered for me to change my room at 3am. Which was not feasible for me. However, after going around the room. I found 2 plugs that worked."

"The room was nice, eighth floor deluxe king, but it had concrete ceilings and floors. Kind of different but all the fixtures and lighting was nice and it was a very large TV. The coffee shop in the lobby needs some work... the worker was so slow and just one of those "don't care" attitudes. When you look on the website for dining, there is Shucks, a pizza place, and Vintage Wine, but they are all 3 the same place. They just give you a different menu! Very strange but the pizza was really good!...

"There were a lot of children there during my stay and it was very chaotic in the pool/hot tub area, so we were not able to enjoy ourselves. This was also true for the dining area during breakfast and dinner. I did ask a staff member who I could talk to about enforcing the hot tub rules about not having children under 5 use it. And she stated, "As long as the parent are there, they can be in the hot tub". This was very unsafe. Also, a lot of water on the floors from the children running in and...

"My room was dirty upon arrival. The sofa is disgustingly dirty. Trash was in my room from a previous guest. The air conditioning went out during my stay and the front desk wanted me to gather all our stuff out the room at 11:00pm to even get into a room with air conditioning for the night. The staff was rude and very unpleasant to deal with. The only staff member that was kind and made our stay better was Rochelle. We thank God for her helping us get a room with our children with air...
