"Walked from the airport to the resort ( about a 10 minute walk). The resort blew my expectations away and the staff were incredibly helpful! Wish I was staying in this part of Phuket longer just to stay at this resort. Perfect for solo travelers & will be recommending this place to anyone flying into Phuket."

"The hotel room was amazing. Very spacious, had both a bath and shower! Great!
Unfortunately it's not a welcoming place, they want either a large deposit or my passport as a deposit, I didn't have this issue at the Marriott. Secondly there's a list in the room of how much each item is if you break it, I'm meant to be on vacation and you're trying to "scare" me by letting me know if I accidentally break something I am paying. Dont like that, never seen that before in my life.
It's a shame...

"I arrived at 2 am because delayed flight and there was nobody at front desk. I had to call the hotel number and tell them that I want to check in. Apparently I had to wake someone up who told me there is a tray with key and my name to check myself in.
No problem at all with that, just that sigh tor that tray was “check out” and for that reason I didn’t knew my key was there.
Other than that, online is stated that food can be found on site but they don’t have a kitchen. We went next door to a...
