Got the smoking room cos that was the only one available when I booked online. The location is perfect & close to the train station. I don’t smoke but there’s a good quality air purifier in the room which helps to clear away some of the smell. I could open the windows a little bit too. The hotel breakfast is simply good.

Friendly staff. They will store your luggage if you arrive early for checkin. The building kinda looks old, but the location is amazing (near nagoya station). For the money you pay it is a great place to stay.

I’ve been to another Smile hotel and so far I really prefer this one! The amenities are on each floor so I don’t have to go all the way down to the ground floor which was very convenient!

Clean room. Staff was able to answer my questions and was generally helpful. Hotel is 5-15 minute walk to Nagoya Station depending on what part of the station. Coin laundry available. Machine dispenses detergent, but it was empty when I was there.

Nice hotel in good price for staying overnight

Just spent about 12 hours in the hotel (and the city) and will go to another city on the next day. Good location (to public transportation), clean and comfortable bed and an abundant breakfast were all we needed. The hotel contains all of the above and the price is good, I have no complaint.

This hotel location is convenient as it is near Nagoya Station. Shopping complex are near by too. The room looks old but it was kept clean. The bed sheet, towels and night robes are all very clean. The problem is with the bed in the room. We booked a double bed room and it came with a large size single bed. My wife and I had problem having a good night sleep. The window blinds need a black-out ones as the morning sunlight comes on at 4am.

写真ではわからず、こんなに古いホテルならば宿泊せず 浴室のシャワーも古すぎて 散漫にしかシャワーにならず　 水量もすごくゆるくしかです 空調も古く冷房も一番高くしても ゆるく、宿泊したのを こんなに後悔したホテルは初めてで このような投稿すら初めてです。 写真との違いに不満もありました
