Very nice place. Super happy with the room. Clean and relatively spacious. Amenity always available and was always greeted with smiles. Very nice location as well. Close to food options and shops.

Great location
Great location to move around in central Nagoya. The room given initially was a lower floor without any view so I had to ask to change a room in a higher floor.

A bit more space compared to others. Hotel parking got no direct entrance to the hotel, got to walk from the back of the hotel to the front to get to lobby.( might be a problem if it’s raining)

Good location near station, nice room small but well laid out and nicely decorated and equipped. Very comfortable bed. Helpful front desk staff.Reviews noted construction next door, but we heard no noise.

Very pleasant stay. Great breakfast. Good service. Slightly far from station, 1km or so. Nearest subway, fashimi, apprx 0.8km. Same day laundry, despite Golden Week holidays. Selfservice laundromat on each floor. Tv had one english channel.

Overall experience is just perfect - this hotel is near to convenient store, staff are helpful & able to communicate in english, basic amenities are all there (except for public bath), hotel condition: clean and new.

Our stay was amazing. The hotel room is really excellent plus wonderful amenities. It was the best hotel we stayed in our whole trip in Japan. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Nagoya. 😊

Richmond is convenient and easy to locate from Fushimi subway via exit 7 and about 2 minutes of walk. Hotel staff are helpful and good choices of breakfast to choose from. Clean and neat room comfortable

Very good hotel. Highly recommended. The only qualm I have about it is that it's a bit of a walk to the train station but there's plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
