The room was pretty wide and clean. I was comfortable overall. The facility is getting aged. Room key system will have to be upgraded (from actual key to card key, etc.)

The good thing about this place is that it is close to Nagoya station. The hotel is pretty outdated. The bed is so stiff that my back hurts and the AC is not that cold. Scratches on the wall and some dust. The area is a little loud on night time because of the izakayas and restaurants.

Really close to Nagoya station, and nice and helpfull staff. Room was a bit small but could fit to open one big suitcase.

In japan, travel to Japan we use to have a hotel with good services and care, however also the price and location. Hence, stay in this hotel at this price, you will feel like you not staying hotel in Japan.

Nice Stay in Nagoya
Stayed in Nagoya for 3 nights. Very nice hotel with modern conveniences. I had a non smoking room. Very close to Nagoya station and surrounding area. Nice variety of Japanese food and limited western food for breakfast buffet.

The only thing I like the least was he bed was too hard to my liking. Breakfast buffet was great and the staff were nice. Location is perfect and yet quiet.

The location is very convenient since it’s right across from Nagoya Station. However the hotel is very outdated and the room has a mouldy smell. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Since it’s only 2 nights and we spent most of the days out, it served its purpose- beds to sleep

Good location
Very convenient location if you take Shinkansen and shop in Big Camera which is just next to the hotel. The room is small but tidy. Kids are provided kids set of towel, slippers and toothbrushes. A bit far from the bus stop to the Nagashima resort.

It is convenient and reasonably priced. If you just want to stay for one night as transit as we did, it is not a bad choice.But I won't say it is luxury.

Pleasant hotel, good location
The hotel is conveniently located next to BIC Camera and at the Taiko-dori exit, connecting to Nagoya station, various subways and city bus terninals. Good shopping in the surrounding malls, and plenty of food choices around the hotel and underpass. The room is small but neat and clean. Breakfast was adequate and nice, but food turned cold after a while, and the dishes were identical during our stay. Could do better with food warmers and some varieties during the week. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to return.

It’s a hotel which is located in a very convenient location. I am surprised by the good size and cleanliness of the room which I was given. The hotel gave me a good customer experience.
