This hotel is located in the area near Nagoya Station where you can find many bars and restaurants. As by Sheraton/ Marriott, the room is very satisfactory, and you can enjoy the warm hospitality. I will stay here again in my next visit to Nagoya!!

Overall a nice hotel. There were no major problems. However, it is far too expensive for what you get. Breakfast is quite an expensive add on. There is no shaving cream/gel offered. The shampoo/body wash/etc smells good, but was far too watery making it nearly impossible to get clean. For the amenity level I would have expected to pay about half of what I paid.

Small rooms but location is excellent. 7 min walk from Nagoya Station. Lots of luxury shopping options and restaurants galore. Travelled with my baby and wife so the room was a little cramped but was the location was just so killer.

My stay was great! The hotel was nice and very clean, with a short walk to lots of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The room was comfortable and well-kept, but the real highlight—hands down—was the pillows. I’d give them a solid ten! Overall, a fantastic experience. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Nagoya.

Great stay. Quick and helpful service.

Clean and simple room. Spacious for the price, at least compared to others I've seen. Staff was very accomodating. Good security and English support. Walking distance from Nagoya Station and many quality restaurants, but go early! Including the restaurant situated below the hotel, they fill up fast!

Great Stay ！

In short, I will definitely come back to this hotel when I have another chance to visit Nagoya ! The facility is new and clean. The room was large enough and comfortable with good speed Wi-Fi. Check-in/out was quite quick without asking unnecessary questions. The location is just 5 min. walk from the main railyway station. There are huge selections of restaurants and cafes around the area. Great !

The hotel is about 7 - 10 minutes walk from the Nagoya train station. The lobby is on the second floor (in American convention), via lift. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and there's amenity kits available in the lobby. Every floor has a water dispenser, while there's a free and good coffee (and tea) making machine in the lobby. Staff can keep your luggage if you arrive before the check-in time of 3 pm. I did find a money changer machine in the lobby, but it didn't accept my SGD for some reason. Hotel is very close to lots of restaurants and shopping (much of them are underground in the Uni Mall area, and there's an Ichiran Ramen that's opens 24hrs close by as well). Hotel room is small but very well maintained and very clean. All in all, a fabulous stay for business or solo travellers.
