Great stay, very clean and spacious room, located very close to the train station so that was convenient. The hotel held our luggage after checkout so that was very convenient since our train wasn’t until 9pm and checkout was at 10am. Would stay here again.

Bathroom is my favorite in this hotel. Spacious and clean. When I ask them that they don’t need to clean the room, they prepare all towels and amenities for the day in a bag and leave it in front of your room. Great services.

Loved our stay here. Everything was clean and up to date. We were thankful to have a massage chair in our rooms as well. The only thing missing were some facial and moisturizer amenities. Those would be nice to have but other wise everything went really smooth. Would gladly be back here again!

Comfort you can count on
I enjoy staying at the Daiwa Roynet chain. The rooms are clean with decent sized bath and toilets. Aircon working well. Although in- room toiletries are limited, you can get a few essential items at the lobby counter. I like the Pajamas provided as they are very comfortable.

We booked two rooms for three nights of stay. Can’t believe that there are still smoking rooms in Japan when smoking is not allowed on the streets in Nagoya. We ended up having to pay a large amount of extra fee to upgrade the two rooms to non-smoking rooms.

Walkable from Nagoya station around 5mins. Just below the hotel there is 7-eleven and another bigger 7-eleven just across the hotel. There is also a 24hrs supermarket further down from the bigger 7-eleven where you can grab some decent food to heat up in the hotel(hotel has microwave, ice machine and washing machine at certain floors.) For people who like animation, Animate store is just beside the hotel. Check in is at 2pm but you can leave your luggages while you explore nearby area. Check out is easy by dropping your card at the auto check out machine. Overall a very pleasant stay. :)

Excellent, clean hotel and a great value. Very close to Nagoya Station and the ESCA shopping center which has a lot of great food options. Easy to extend for late checkout for 1000 yen per hour.

The customer service was outstanding. The staff was very helpful throughout the check-in process and answered some questions we had about the local area. The hotel even provided children toiletries and small toys which made their day!

Good location, walking distance to transport hubs and shopping & dining areas. Front office staff speaks excellent English, helpful and professional. Room size is a bit small and storage is insufficient. I was put at the highest floor and have a good city view. Bath room and shower area is surprisingly spacious. Overall, the hotel is well kept and clean.

Perfect location, good value for money
Comfy stay, excellent location, lots of restaurants nearby. The room is far from spacious, but should be much more roomy than most other hotels in Japan. Compact as it is, it provides everything you need. Staff are welcoming and helpful.
