Please accept our sincere apologies for our inability to deliver the level of comfort you rightfully deserved as our guest because of the unpleasant experience with the smell of cigarette in spite of non-smoking floor. We are investigating where the smell came from, and will take action internally to ensure to eliminate all smoke smell.
