"One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in bar-none. Room was massive with a gorgeous night view. All room amenities could be controlled via the tablet in the headboard, including AC, TV and info about Beppu. Within walking distance of Beppu Station as it's just up the hill. Parking offered from venue across the street. Bathroom had a full soak tub with a powder room, and a segregated toilet. room. Beds were comfortable and big. Rooftop pool was a joy to experience, with heated guardrail-less pools that have stone chairs built into the pool overlooking Beppu and the mountains. Onsen was decent, but could use a servicing to remove lime scale.
Will be back again"

"The staff is very nice and the location is lovely. I got a free gift (a small pouch) when I checked in. My room was spacious and had a kotatsu which I really appreciated because it got suddenly cold outside. I also was able to enjoy two really beautiful and relaxing outdoor private baths! Breakfast had an amazing view and was delicious. They even gave me a hot pack when I checked out because it was cold outside. I really like the area and I’ll definitely visit again. "

"Room was spacious and very clean, staff very welcoming and friendly, grounds and area around rooms lovely and well kept. The meals were outstanding, tasty, lovely and appetizing in appearance. The staff were so friendly, helpful, yet very professional. Kitty cats and dog were an added attraction
Best onsen we've stayed in and very much worth the cost. Yufuin, is small and walkable, fun place. Would love to revisit!!!!"
