"Great location if you’re visiting Hyotan Onsen etc.
En-suite showers are a little small, and the hot water isn’t very hot (which is strange for a hotel with a hot spring). Not a big deal though because you could just go downstairs and shower in the on site hot spring.
The Rooms had a great view of the city and the sea.
Overall pretty decent place."

"Room was clean and location was nearby the train station. It was very walkable. Kitchen and amenities were provided. Hot water and heater was great. It was very spacious and I recommend people to stay here!"

"It’s a bit tricky to find the place but it’s as described, modern, clean and easy check in/ out. Good option in Beppu if you have a car I guess. "

"Das Haus war sehr schön und modern und das absolute Highlight sind natürlich die Onsen-Badewannen. Diese werden bei Bedarf neu gefüllt und nach dem Baden wird das Wasser wieder abgelassen.
Das Shampoo im Bad war leider nicht so gut wie wir es aus Businesshotels kennen und es gab leider keinen Conditioner, so dass unsere Haare nach dem Waschen rebelliert haben.
Eine Anleitung für die Waschmaschine und den Herd konnten wir leider nicht finden und mussten auf Übersetzungsapps zurückgreifen....
