駅近最高

連泊で利用しました。スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。ただ､連泊するにはランドリーがあれば言うことなしです。施設的には､細かいところを見ると… 古さが見受けられますが､不便はなかったです。駅近だし､コンビニあり､飲み食いするのも困りませんね。

善光寺口より静かな東口すぐ近くで便利。併設のレストランがとても美味しかったです。朝食付でしたが、夕食も頂きました。お酒も種類が多くて、地元の方が利用されてました。また泊まりたいです。

長野駅東口の便利なホテル

駅からのペデストリアンデッキでごくアクセスが良く、コンビニも隣接してあります。東口はお店が少ないですが、駅の自由通路で善光寺口にすぐ行けます。

事前に何回もQRコードが送られてきたのに、結局自動チェックインできず　意味ない部屋のトイレも暖房便座でもなく冷たい駐車場もなく、割引きもない充電するところが枕元になく、延長コード2本あったがとどかないモーニングビュッフェも種類が少なく値段の割に質素で、もう泊まることはないと思います

連泊しました、クランネスも行き届いており、フロントでの荷物預かりも丁寧な対応いただきました。キレイな外観内部になってますが水回りのみ従前のようです。駅の新幹線ホームが見えて総合的に◎

シャワーの湯圧はトップクラスで、シャワーヘッドを引っ掛けるところに止まらないくらいです。ただ、エアコンが全館共通で、おそらく時期で冷暖を決められてるので、この時期暑くても冷房はかかりません。
