My wife and I had a great time staying at Sakka Sanso during early February 2020. Originally, we were a bit hesitant about staying in a place without personal bathroom. But Mrs. Matsuzawa, the owner, Ms. Yamaguchi, her staff member, and other helpers have worked very hard to ensure we are really well taken care of from the moment we got picked up at the train station. Their superb service had way more than made up for our concerns. During our stay we got to experience warm small town Japanese hospitality, comfortable and clean tatami futon beds, personal hot pot breakfast and so much more. Mrs. Matsuzawa and Ms. Yamaguchi even went out of their way to help us with our JR train arrangement back to Tokyo. We highly recommend Sakka Sanso to those who want to visit Hakuba.

I highly recommend this place. Misayo is a super nice and hospitable lady. She gave us free arrival pickup and rides to the Happo Gondola. We had a fantastic Christmas here with Champagne, homemade cakes, fried chicken wings and Karaoke! Staying in Sakka Sanso would definitely exceed your expectation.

Really enjoyed our stay. Its a great location with a short 100m walk to a main lower happo lift. Staff where delightful and very accommodating. Rooms while basic where very comfortable and the food at the downstairs restaurant was a highlight.

So far so good

酒店在斜路上，如不是自駕的話，或許在出入的時候會不太方便，幸好酒店會在入住於離開時提供到車站的接送服務 房間整潔，但不知道為什麼每天都早上的時候暖風機到吹不了熱風，所以都冷醒了 我們住了三晚，日式和西式的早餐間斷着 我們住在3樓，週末的時候人比較多，男廁內的尿味很強勁，建議旅館可以加強空氣清新的設施 整體的感覺還是良好的
