"The location is gorgeous. So close to Philly, Historic Smithville and Atlantic City. No issue with “things to do” on property or near by. It only gets three stars as I expected a much higher level of customer experience. The hotel was busy! Soccer teams, private parties, golf groups, tourists etc. The room wasn’t ready at check in. There was only one bar tender in packed bar who was also serving the tavern. Worst martini, ever. It was served with crushed ice in it? Room service went to...

"I loved the room. It was so nice to have a little living area along with the kitchen area. The shampoo and conditioners are top-notch and the room was spotless. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Everything was great. It is an interesting place. Breakfast was superb. The only downside was that there was no one there to greet us when we arrived. They had an envelope with our name on it in a box with instructions. In the morning, I went up to the tower/widows walk to see the view. Then we had the great breakfast and conversations with the inn keeper. It is convenient to the regions attractions. "

"Only reason why I give it 4 stars because housekeeping didn’t come not one time to my hotel room to clean but they cleaned the other rooms on the floor. They didn’t replace no towel, no rag, no anything. I literally have to wait till they reach to my floor so I can ask for the items. I even asked front desk for towels and rags and they said they be right up and never showed up at all. But everything else is fine just wish they have more eating options and a casino or something for the adults...

"Outdated, webs and dust in the room. Didn't look like bedding was changed. We slept on top of the blanket. Cigarette holes in blanket. Duck tape on the wall to cover up a whole. The water in the bathroom had a strong smell of lead or iron."

"Place is gross!!’ The property is not maintained. Everything is dirty. The shower head doesn’t work properly. Most likely drug users took the screen out. TV is the impossible. No WIFI. No coffee. The noises throughout the night were beyond disturbing. I had an appointment and was an late checking out. It was 11:44 and Ali kept $40 of my $100 cash deposit. I realized I left something in the microwave and went back to be told it was thrown away( in 5 minutes) then left, got a block away...

"Stayed on the 37th floor and took an elevator down to the casino. During this experience the elevator fell from the 37th floor to the spa then came to an abrupt stop. An advisory message was then announced saying that the elevator was having issues and to press the call help button. Upon pressing the button, nothing happened. Eventually the doors opened and we were able to get off at the spa level. Staff were advised and it did not seem that much was done."

"When I went to the establishment the building was closed for the season a employee met me with keys and explained they tried to get in touch with me through Expedia , which I did not see a message saying they were closed , only saying about road construction in front of the building The women said I could have the keys to the hotel and stay alone without any staff there , my daughter and I were not comfortable with the situation ,and explained to me she had another hotel down the road that...
