"We loved everything about the hotel - it's location right off of 95...it was clean...the room was spacious...and staff was attentive and courteous. We brought our dog and there was plenty of grassy areas to walk her."

"The staff were nice. We chose to switch to a different hotel after we checked in. Our room had stains on the floor, furniture, and walls. The bathroom was untouchable and unsanitary. The gap between the wall and air conditioning unit was huge."

"Great stay, all the way around. Very clean, bright, comfortable. Staff was super welcoming and friendly. Bed was comfortable and crisp! Location is terrific, offering restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and an aquarium. All right there within minutes. Also only 25 mins from Mohegan sun, if the weather doesn't cooperate. I highly recommend it!"

"We had booked one night for my son’s birthday. For being a newer hotel you would have thought the property would still be in good shape. Our hotel room had marks all over the wall and furniture. Floors still had crumbs on them. When checking in we had to wait in a long line. We did arrive early and our room wasn’t ready (totally understandable). They gave us wristbands and told us to return when we received a text that our room was ready to update our wristbands to let us in our room. So we waited in line, again but then was told by another guest service member that was not true and our wristbands would work-she was very rude. We went to our room (8th floor) and our wristbands did not work. So once again we all had to go back downstairs, wait in line to get the new wristbands. Also it seems as though some of the elevators did not work, always had to wait a while for them. Unfortunately, we will not be back. For the price you pay, I’d expect it to be cleaner and more accessible."

"The staff was great, the breakfast had good options, and the pool was very nice. Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable and it was hard to sleep and our backs were sore in the morning. The grounds are not maintained—- lots of week’s and the pool the was really nice had a lot of long clover —— beware of bees! Location was convenient for exploring the area. Room was clean."
