"Nice location and well-appointed rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms stink of heavily perfumed cleaners and the sheets and towels were so heavily perfumed from scented detergents and dryer sheets as to render them toxic. If you have any sort of chemical sensitivities, the rooms at this place will make you sick."

"Everything was great! We didn’t interact with our host but he left us notes with everything including WiFi, and where he left the key to our room. The room was cozy and perfect. However, the one downside to our stay was that there was no ac in the our room and it was very hot and humid the entire weekend. No fan or anything. It was a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night. If there was at least a fan in the room this would’ve been an excellent stay."

"Check in automated, but the key box was broken and it took me 30 on the phone with IT to get the keys. When I entered the apartment a water leak in the city had destroyed a chunk of the ceiling and there was a mess of drywall and dirty water on the floor. The firm tried to relocate me an hour away before promising to clean up and repair the problem while I was out, but maintenance never arrived. We had to book a hotel nearby. These people are incompetent"

"The place was not cleaned beforehand. It looked like someone was sleeping in the bed before I got there. The sheets were not changed and had blood stains on them. They had to call someone to come clean the place while I was still staying because no cleaning was done before I arrived. There was leftover food on the stove. The cleaners took the comforter and did not replace it. Overall, terrible experience."

"Well-organized furnished studio apartment in a newish apartment complex, a bit nicer than the rest of the neighborhood. One negative is that it's on the ground floor facing a moderately busy street (some noise) with pedestrians right outside, and no curtains, only horizontal blinds so it feels a bit exposed. Less than half a mile up the street is a nice brewpub, but grocery shops are further."
