I’d say it rates about a 3 out of 5. The staff was very nice. It’s an old facility. Needs updating the beds are small . I wouldn’t go back.

Had a last minute need for a place to stay and the hotel staff were very helpful and found us a room. Had everything we needed; fridge, microwave, and pool. Few things that we noticed though, our rooms deadbolt wouldn’t lock, the shower floor was stained, the fitted sheet didn’t fit the bed very well, there was not much storage for clothes, and there was no ice bucket or remote for the TV. We had to use a plastic bag for ice and an app for the tv. Overall, very satisfied.

This was just a quick one night stay as we unexpectedly drove straight through from New York to Myrtle Beach instead of stopping off, so we needed a place to stay for the night until we could check into our condo for the week. This place was beautiful, clean, the staff was great, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included. Has a nice little pool, but we didn’t have time to check it out.

The first room the carpet was wet from an overflow of a dehumidifier in the room and the room smelled. They gave me a new room with double bed vs queen, but didn't offer a discount. That room smelled a little as well, but was clean. The staff were very friendly.

The room that we had was terrible even with the updates it needs more. The bed frame made too much noise it is on an steel frame and it pops like it’s aluminum it was horrible the bathroom needs painting paint wall chips everywhere I was very disappointed also if you wanted new towels I had to take the dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for new ones what kind of service is that. I could not call to complain because the phone wasn’t working. I want my money back the stay was horrible. The only thing that was great was the staff. I wish I had the number to corporate because I really want my money back for a terrible stay. I will not stay at this hotel never.

Front desk staff were pleasant. The first room had a condom wrapper on the side table, so I doubted its cleanliness overall. The second room was ok but all the finishes look rushed. This room looked much more clean with the side tables neat and tv remote put out intentionally. Overall, housekeeping was lacking but there is potential.

While checking in, the staff was nice. The lobby was clean. When I got to my room, there was dirt and debris on top of the bed quilt. I pulled the sheets back, and there was human hair all in the sheets, I moved the pillows, hair everywhere. I went downstairs, notified Simone, who was so kind and attentive. I didn’t want to make a fuss, as it was not her fault. I asked for new, fresh bedding and I would change the linen myself. After making the bed, I went to the bathroom. There was the canister for hand soap on the wall next to the sink, but EMPTY. There was MORE hair on the sink. Looked in the shower, there was shampoo and conditioner. BUT NO body soap, as there is a place holder for it. Then there was MORE HAIR in the shower. I notified Simone, and she gave me soap. The morning concierge was polite as well! Just need better cleaning protocols. As I was not the only guest with a dirty room!
