Very disgusting place! There was vomit on the walls and blood in the corner on the floor by the toilet. They only change towels and bedding every 3 days unless asked otherwise, which will get you no where. I asked and was met with a “well I can’t promise anything I only have 2 housekeepers.”The staff is extremely rude and inefficient. 0/10 do not recommend spend extra for a better quality of customer service/hospitality.

Beware of Strict Management at this property! I witnessed 3 families get removed or asked to leave property and one the lady manager called sheriff to get them out All because they had over the 4 people max per room!! (I know one family had 6 but it was children also) I heard her say it was a fire hazard and she would refund their money. I just felt the manager was over worked and overly watching cameras and harassing guest. I had two rooms for 7 people but I felt bad for those families.

Upon checking in, I was immediately disrespected by the front desk clerk, Samantha, who made inappropriate comments about my appearance, calling me a “nerd” and making assumptions about me based on my hairstyle. As a Pastor, I found this especially offensive—no one should be judged based on how they look. Shortly after entering the room, we noticed several issues and brought them to management’s attention. Instead of addressing the concerns, my wife, children, and I were told we had to leave because there were more than four of us in the room—this was less than an hour after checking in around 8:45 PM. We were forced to check out by 10 PM. Despite paying for five nights, we were only refunded for three, even though we barely stayed an hour. Because of the late hour, we were unable to find another hotel and had to drive five hours back home, completely ruining our vacation. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The stay was very pleasent and it's only a short drive to the beach. The hotel is not on the beach and that was good for a golf player. If you want a room with a refrig be sure to ask because I didn't and ended up with one that had a safe instead. All rooms have a coffee maker and there is a free continental breakfast from 6AM - 10AM. It's walking distance to all the outlets and to a number of great areas but not the beach (just want you to know). I not only would stay here again, I did on my way back from Tybee Island.

Well when we arrive, we notice it was across from the tanger outlet so bad news for me, but good news for my wife. Great location, easy to get to everywhere. I went in and was not greeted by the receptionist, he just nodded his head to mean wasup. I check it and the guy just did the work and did not say anything. He was kind of rude that's why i'm giving this a 4 star. The pool was nice, the room was extra clean and so is the bed. This is because I think the place is new. When I went to check out, there was other receptionist now and they were very nice. Hope you enjoy your stay. I know I did.

Over priced for the quality

I was there on business, so I didn't have the opportunity to sight-see. The hotel room had an aweful smell of smoke which wasn't very pleasant. The TV remote didn't have any batteries and I was told by the cleaning staff that I had to get them at the from desk. My room key could not access the fitness center, I ha to get separate key from the front desk each time. However, the staff was pleasant. I've stayed at a few different Sleep Inns in different states and this one does not come close to the other's quality. The rating I saw on the website was 4 out of 5 stars. I would not give a rating higher than 2 stars, especially for the price.
