This hotel was the absolute WORST stay EVER. Unsafe/ unsecured building, dirty, people smoking marijuana in the rooms, hallways, elevator and grounds, filthy furniture, dirty floors, clogged shower, toilet clogged 3 times, no phone in the room , asked for fresh towels/wash cloths on second day of our trip and never got them , coffee pot didn’t work , one roll of toilet paper for three people, we had to wait in line at the front desk for 20 minutes to ask for more , no maid service, part of the building that we stayed in was closed, the entrance way of our building smelled like it had a natural gas leak, 4 inner tubes for the lazy river that were monopolized by unruly / unsupervised children , one pool for 3 buildings, most hallways and entryways were in disrepair. Total waste of money plus a “ resort fee”?!? FOR WHAT!! Totally disgusted !!!

We stayed here last minute as the reservation at our original place was canceled due to an error out of our control. As soon as we walked in we had no toilet paper in the bathroom and the room wasn’t very clean with sand still on the floor. The TV remote didn’t work and the sliding glass door handle was broken. The property is in need of alot of repairs. It was just my husband and I staying there 2 nights but I would not recommend this place for a family with small children. The price looks cheaper compared to everything else and it is still to high for the accommodations.

Not the best experience. Very chaotic front office, only one elevator always in use with people using oversized luggage racks, felt like a lot of stress for parking etc. and fell short of what I was expecting.

There was only one lady who was nice during the stay. All the staff was very rude and hateful. It was difficult trying to get towels and toilet paper. Not family friendly as many of the halls smelled of marijuana and people would stand at the exit doors smoking marijuana. No indoor pool or hot tub. Parking is awful even in the over flow parking lot. Rooms do not look as advertised. They also charge an extra service charge of $100. They charge a resort fee for “parking and WiFi and stuff like that” is what the front desk lady stated. It is not a resort at all. If I could give less than 1 star I would!!!

Beach access was quick and easy. Not far from all activities downtown. Room was supposed to come with cooking utensils, and did not. Asked for more toilet paper at the main desk, and they never brought it. Had to ask a housekeeper that was cleaning a room for some.

The worst ever!! Roof peeling due to leakage, dirty coffee cups that were supposed to be brand new!! Chairs in room look like some just finished painted the walls and it dripped onto them!! Rugs filthy, rooms stinked, looks like some white substance placed in bathrooms corners! Put it this way we left and went back home the same night it was so nasty!!

I absolutely loved the DJ they had on Friday and Saturday. The pool was great because it went from 3-8 ft. The only negative thing I can say was that the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The tub felt like it was going to fall though there was some black stuff in the corner of the bathroom. The location was amazing, everything was within walking distance and the hotel was definitely ocean front.

Absolutely the worst property I’ve ever booked. Abhorrent conditions. Dirty rooms, bed bugs, and so old and unkept that we cut our stay short by three nights and left for another hotel.
